Modular office buildings

With the Pacarada Modular Building System, office buildings can be built with open, flexible floor plans. The frame of columns and beams is made in a factory in Germany and bolted together on site. The building is ready quickly and stays adaptable.

What the system does for your office building

• Move in sooner: Prefabrication in the factory shortens construction time. Your company uses the space earlier.
• Flexible space: Walls can be moved later. Single offices become open areas and the other way round.

Frequently asked questions

Are large open office floors possible?

Yes. Columns and beams form a frame with large spans. In such a frame, interior walls do not have to carry loads and can be placed freely.

Can an office building become housing later?

Yes. In Darmstadt a vacant office building was converted into 197 homes, with bathroom modules, an extension and added storeys.

How high can you build?

The Pacarada Modular Building System is designed for buildings from 1 to 50 storeys.
