Balconies and stair towers as modules
With the Pacarada Modular Building System, new and existing buildings can be fitted with balconies, stair towers and lifts as prefabricated modules. They are built in a factory in Germany and placed in front of the facade. Work on the occupied building is short.

Every building is based on the same system. Columns and beams, wall and floor elements and finished room modules are bolted and plugged together at the internationally patented Cube. The Pacarada Modular Building System is engineered and manufactured in Germany. It is open to clients, architects, municipalities and contractors who want to build with it. Frequently asked questions
Can balconies be added to an existing building?
Yes. The balcony modules stand in front of the facade. How they are connected to the existing building is checked in advance.
Can a lift be retrofitted?
Yes. The system includes stair and lift modules that are placed on the outside of the building.
Do residents have to move out?
That depends on the project. Because the modules are made in the factory, work at the building is short.
