One system for every building type
The Pacarada modular building system is used for homes, student accommodation, schools, nurseries, hospitals, care homes, hotels and offices. The focus is on affordable housing that is needed quickly: for families, for social housing and for students.
Because the buildings are bolted instead of welded, they can later be converted, dismantled and reused. We work with developers, local authorities and architects on a solution that fits your site, your target group and your budget, and deliver the building to your specifications.
18 building types, one modular building system
Every building is made from the same components: columns and beams (1D), wall and floor elements (2D) and finished room modules (3D), joined by the patented Cube. Grid, span and storey height are adapted to the use, from 1 to 50 storeys. Engineered and manufactured in Germany.

Single and two-family houses
Room modules from the factory, bolted together on site. The house can later be extended, converted or dismantled.
Apartment buildings
Homes in series from 2D and 3D elements, up to Effizienzhaus 40. Example: 123 apartments in Frankfurt-Rödelheim.
Student accommodation
Many identical apartments are ideal for prefabrication: bathroom, services and fit-out arrive finished from the factory.
Hotels
Rooms with bathroom and furniture are built in the factory while the foundations are laid, so the hotel opens sooner.

Adding storeys and densifying
Modular construction is especially in demand where new homes are to be added on top of existing buildings. The modules are prepared in the factory, so time on site stays short. In Liederbach am Taunus, 30 apartments were created from 33 prefabricated modules above a refurbished supermarket (Liederbach project on padahome.com).
