Modular hospital buildings

Every building is based on the same system. Columns and beams, wall and floor elements and finished room modules are bolted and plugged together at the internationally patented Cube. The Pacarada Modular Building System is engineered and manufactured in Germany. It is open to clients, architects, municipalities and contractors who want to build with it. Frequently asked questions

Can building take place while the hospital stays in operation?

Yes. The modules arrive finished and are assembled in a short time. That limits noise and site traffic.

Do different rules apply to a modular hospital?

No. The same requirements apply as for any hospital. Specialist designers define them, and they are implemented in the factory.

Are large functional areas possible?

Yes. Large rooms are built with columns and beams and with wall and floor elements, smaller rooms as finished room modules.
