With the Pacarada Modular Building System, retirement and care homes can be built from finished room modules. Accessible rooms with bathroom are made in a factory in Germany and assembled on site. Urgently needed care places can be created sooner.

• Accessible rooms in series: Rooms and bathrooms are designed once and made in consistent quality.

The system behind it: made in Germany

The Pacarada Modular Building System comes from Kelkheim (Taunus) and is made in Germany. At its core is the Cube, an internationally patented steel connection node. All components are bolted and plugged together at it, from a single beam to a finished room module. Steel, timber and concrete can be combined. Are the rooms accessible?

Yes, if they are designed that way. Accessible rooms and bathrooms are specified in the design according to the applicable rules and built as finished room modules in the factory.

Can an existing care home be extended?

Yes, provided the structure and planning law allow it. Extensions and added storeys are possible with the system. Work on the building is short because the modules arrive finished.
