Hospitality

Hotels only earn money once they are open. With the Pacarada modular building system, hotel rooms are made in the factory as finished room modules with bathrooms while the foundations are prepared on site. That shortens construction time and brings the opening forward.
Repeating rooms are ideal for series production: the same quality in every room, fewer trades on site and predictable costs. Floor plans, fit-out and design are planned individually for every property.
Facade and appearance are designed freely, while the structure based on the patented Cube stays the same. Less site noise, shorter construction time, earlier revenue: that is the advantage of factory production for hotels and hospitality.
Pacarada Modular Building Systems: hotels and hospitality, built fast, engineered and made in Germany.
Hotels and serviced apartments in modular construction
Hotel rooms are the classic case for modular construction: dozens or hundreds of rooms with the same layout, each with its own bathroom. In the factory, the rooms are completed with bathroom, electrics and interior fit-out; on site they are stacked, connected and linked to corridors and building services. This shortens the time to opening, and with it the time to the first overnight stays.
Your own design despite series production
Series production does not mean uniform design. Furniture, colours, materials and lighting are planned to suit the brand and concept, while the lobby, restaurant and conference areas are laid out freely within the structure. Our Showroom page shows what a fully furnished room can look like.
Boarding houses and serviced apartments
The same principle works for boarding houses, serviced apartments and staff accommodation in the hotel industry. The components and prefabricated bathroom pods are on pacaradasystem.de, and information about the Pacarada Group on pacarada.de.
