Modular warehouses and production halls

With the Pacarada Modular Building System, warehouses and production halls can be built from prefabricated steel components. The frame is prepared in a factory in Germany and bolted together on site. Your building is up quickly and can grow with your business.

What the system does for your hall

• Ready for operation quickly: The components arrive on site made to fit and are bolted together.
• Extendable: If the business needs more space, the building can be lengthened by further bays, provided the plot and planning law allow it.
• Offices and staff rooms from the same system: Offices, changing rooms and washrooms arrive as finished room modules, inside or next to the hall.
• Relocatable: Because the components are bolted instead of welded, the building can be dismantled and rebuilt at another location.

The system behind it: made in Germany

The Pacarada Modular Building System comes from Kelkheim (Taunus) and is made in Germany. At its core is the Cube, an internationally patented steel connection node. All components are bolted and plugged together at it, from a single beam to a finished room module. Steel, timber and concrete can be combined. Frequently asked questions

How large can a hall be?

Span, height and length are designed for each project. The frame of columns and beams can be extended bay by bay.

Can the hall be moved later?

Yes. The components are bolted and plugged together. They can be dismantled and reused at a new location.

Can offices be integrated into the hall?

Yes. Offices and staff rooms are made as room modules and placed inside the hall or attached to it.
