Modular hotels

With the Pacarada Modular Building System, hotels can be built from finished room modules. Rooms, bathrooms and fittings are made in a factory in Germany while the foundations are laid on site. Your hotel can open sooner.

What the system does for your hotel

• An earlier opening: Factory production and work on the plot run in parallel. The time to the first guest gets shorter.
• The same quality in every room: All rooms are made under the same conditions in the factory.
• Bathroom already installed: The bathroom arrives as a finished module from the factory. On site it only has to be connected.
• Extend instead of rebuilding: Additional rooms or another storey can be added, provided the structure and planning law allow it. Work on the existing hotel stays short.

Every building is based on the same system. Columns and beams, wall and floor elements and finished room modules are bolted and plugged together at the internationally patented Cube. The Pacarada Modular Building System is engineered and manufactured in Germany. It is open to clients, architects, municipalities and contractors who want to build with it. Frequently asked questions

What about sound insulation between the rooms?

A modular hotel has to meet the same requirements for sound insulation and fire protection as a conventionally built hotel. They are defined in the design and implemented in the factory.

Are a lobby, restaurant and conference rooms possible?

Yes. Large open spaces are built with columns and beams and with wall and floor elements. The rooms above arrive as room modules. Everything is joined at the same Cube.

Can an existing hotel be extended?

Yes. Extensions and added storeys are possible with the system. Because the modules arrive finished, hotel operations are disrupted for a shorter time.
