Become a partner in modular construction
A modular building is the result of many trades working together: architecture and structural design, building services, facades, interior fit-out, transport and installation. Within the Pacarada Group, P3 GmbH as general contractor and SHS Haustechnik GmbH for building services take on key roles. In addition, certified partner companies build with the Pacarada system, which is why it is also called the Pacarada Modular Business System: it is open to every company that wants to work with us.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for design and engineering practices, contractors, specialist trades and suppliers who want to work with an industrial building system. Architects and engineers design freely with the system, and partners deliver projects in their region with it. Together with partner contractors, the group is currently planning 1,156 homes in the Rhine-Main region.
How to become a partner
Partnerships run through the product platform: the partner page on pacaradasystem.de explains the requirements and lets you request access.
