Environmentally friendly modular construction

Buildings should use less energy, material and CO₂ over their entire life. The Pacarada modular building system starts with the construction method: factory production, bolted connections and reusable components. Our target for production is to cut waste to 1% by 2030; 83% of our material offcuts are already recyclable.

Precise factory production creates tight building envelopes. The system achieved the Effizienzhaus 40 standard in Frankfurt am Main, with QNG and DGNB. Because nothing is welded, buildings can be converted, dismantled and reused elsewhere.

That makes the circular economy practical in construction, with a system engineered and made in Germany.
